A Message from Our President

Cecilia Chen

Co-Founder & President, with over 32 years of experience in education, Cecilia brings invaluable expertise to DFA.

With over 32 years in education, I have worked across university and K-12 settings in China and Canada, helping students reach their full potential. My experience includes teaching, administration, and participation in global educational forums such as OECD and the Forum for World Education.

After retiring in 2024, I co-founded DFA to focus on educational research, soft skills development, and the impact of new technologies. At DFA, we combine expertise in education and career development to offer:
